Our Monitoring & Management Services are tailored to meet customers individual requirements. We ensure that all your water monitoring tests and management responsibilities are met and recorded.

The aim is to ensure safe working practices and provide control over bacterial growth, all in accordance with Health & Safety Executive document ACOP L8 - The contol of Legionella bacteria in water systems and HSG 274.

Monitoring Tasks: This is essentially the Control Scheme that is produced when we carry out your Legionella risk assessment.

We can undertake all of the monitoring tasks required so our clients are fully compliant with all their Legionella duties.

Tasks could include:
Weekly flushing of infrequently used outlets,
Monthly system temperature monitoring & recording,
Quarterly shower and spray tap cleans & disinfections,
Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) servicing,
Annual calorifier, water heater & cold water storage tank inspections.
Cold water storage tank (CWST) cleans and disinfections
 

Laboratory Services

We offer a comprehensive chemical & microbiological water sampling service.
This includes Legionella, TVC, Lead, Iron & Turbidity tests among others.
All tests are carried out at our UKAS accredited Laboratory.
